Installed locally. Nationally. Globally.

Six steps. Every organization. No shortcuts.

STEP 01

Assess the Current State

Before anything is installed, the existing architecture is examined. Foundational interviews across five to ten people at different organizational levels reveal how strategy is being communicated, where alignment is breaking down, and where trust is stronger or weaker than leadership assumes.

The findings inform everything that follows, which layer to engage first, what the installation sequence looks like, and how the work is personalized to the organization’s actual context.

STEP 02

Clarify What Matters Most

The most expensive organizational problem is not a lack of strategy. It is the gap between what leadership decided and what the rest of the organization understood.

Working with the executive team, Turnkey establishes the shared strategic direction that will cascade through the system the Vision, the Alignment structure, and the Execution design that connects leadership intent to daily operational reality.

When this step is done well, everyone in the organization articulates the same priorities in the same way.

STEP 03

Align Leadership and Teams

Strategic clarity at the executive level does not automatically produce alignment across the organization. The Alignment Layer is installed here the Goal Architecture, the structural cascade, and the shared accountability framework that ensures strategy survives contact with the rest of the organization.

This is where silos begin to dissolve. Not through culture work. Through structure.

STEP 04

Install Execution Infrastructure

Once direction is clear and alignment is established, the organization needs the infrastructure to execute against it week to week. The Turnkey Goal System is onboarded here starting with the executive team and cascading through divisions, departments, and individual contributors.

Goals become visible. Progress becomes trackable. Roadblocks surface before they become performance gaps.

Visibility creates discipline. That is not aspirational. It is structural.

STEP 05

Activate Leadership and Team Behaviors

The infrastructure holds behavior in place but the behaviors still need to be activated. This step addresses the leadership and team dynamics that determine whether the system runs or stalls.

Coaching, leadership development, and accountability models are deployed here not as standalone workshops, but as behavioral activation inside the operating system.

STEP 06

Measure, Reinforce, and Adjust

An operating system is not installed once and left alone. This step establishes the ongoing rhythm that keeps the system calibrated tracking progress against strategic priorities, identifying drift before it compounds, and adjusting as the organization grows or changes.

When this step is running, the board stops asking why nothing sticks.

WHERE TO ENTER

Not every organization starts at the same place. That is expected.

The P.A.C.E.™ Operating System is designed to meet organizations where they are. The goal is to find the right entry point, the layer or component that will move something real, and build from there. For organizations that have never run a structural diagnostic, the Organizational Health Survey is the most common starting point. It reveals where the gaps are and informs exactly which layer to engage first.

Layer Installation

A single layer engaged as a structured entry point inside the operating system architecture.

Component Activation

A specific component deployed to solve a targeted execution problem.

Common questions about the process

The client needs assessment and diagnostic phase typically runs 30 to 45 days. From there, the installation timeline depends on which layers are being engaged, the organization’s readiness, and the scope of the engagement. Turnkey manages all scheduling and logistics — the internal demand on the client’s team is kept minimal throughout.

The primary requirement from the client side is access and engagement — key leaders available for foundational interviews, the executive team committed to the Turnkey Goal System onboarding, and a designated internal point of contact. Turnkey handles coordination, preparation, and sequencing. Clients do not need to build the infrastructure for the engagement. That is what we do.

No. Most organizations begin with a Layer Installation or a Component Activation — often the Organizational Health Survey or a Turnkey Goal System pilot with the executive team. The system is designed to allow organizations to enter at the right point and expand as they are ready. The goal is to build trust and demonstrate value at each stage, not to close the largest engagement before the relationship is established.

The system requires ongoing reinforcement to hold. Turnkey stays engaged after installation — through P.A.C.E.™ Checkpoints, Learning Moments, coaching cadence, and periodic diagnostic assessments. The ongoing relationship is what separates a system that holds from a program that fades. Most Turnkey client relationships span years, not months.

The first conversation answers that question. Turnkey does not prescribe an engagement model before understanding where the organization is and where execution is breaking down. The diagnosis informs the path. That is by design.

The system your organization needs.

Every engagement begins the same way — with a direct conversation about where the gap is between what the organization intends to do and what it consistently gets done.

That conversation has no pitch. No package. No scope of work before the diagnosis is done. If the system fits, we will know. And we will tell you.
