Management Essentials
Management Essentials is for the new manager (1-3 years) allowing them to transition from an individual contributor to a respected manager. This a crucial time of development and learning where basic and advanced skills are necessary. Through experiential exercises and real life scenarios the participants will develop and strengthen skills.
Participants will be equipped to:

- How to motivate their team, themselves and their boss

Manager to Leader
Manager to Leader is geared toward the increased duties and responsibilities that come with advancement. The program differentiates between management and leadership developing skills to add value to the organization, the team and the individual.
The Adept Leader
The Adept Leader is for key leadership in a company or organization. This course takes a deep look into the responsibility of the leader. The program focuses on tangible steps to lead towards desired outcomes. Leaders at this level must be able to have vision, create alignment and deliver execution.
Leaders participating in the program will:
- Determine what priorities shape their leadership style
- Develop greater openness while prioritizing the organizations strategic initiatives
- Inspire their peers and employees to take action
- Craft a vision that all can see
