The Turnkey coaching programs are designed for high performers, those who want to reach to the next level and those who need a boost to unlock their potential. Coaching is an investment so we discourage investing in poor and underperformers. Problematic employees should be enrolled in a company’s internal “personal improvement program” to see if they have the potential to excel.
Co-active goal setting
All coaching programs include an extensive goal setting process. Goals are set in a co-active and collaborative method with the client’s manager or, in the case of executives, those they are responsible to or for. The coaching client will also set goals specifically with their coach.
Web based coaching console
Coaching clients are provided access to the Turnkey Coaching Console. This “cloud” based tool allows the coach and client to share information, provide valuable tools and resources, ensure instant access to notes and goals and create a rich learning center.
