As a kid growing up in Boise, Idaho, JT’s dream was to fly in the ranks of the US Navy’s Blue Angels flight demonstration team. However, most people in his life–including people of influence (teachers, coaches, friends and family members)–told him he wouldn’t make it to the cockpit.
Even the US Navy turned him down 6 different times.
He eventually realized his dream of becoming a US Naval Aviator on September 7, 2001–just four days before the terrorist attacks of 9/11. JT worked his way through the ranks from Enlisted Aircraft Mechanic to combat-decorated Naval Aviator, an accomplishment even the US Navy said he would not achieve. JT served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm, as well as Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
Today JT is passionate about helping people connect with their passions and empowering them with the structure and strategy to accomplish their most important missions in business and life.
JT is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, JT loves mountain biking, skiing, and hiking. He is married to his soul mate, Mia, and the proud father of Callie and Maximus.
